Triple P Discussion Group: Developing Good Bedtime Routines

We all know a good night’s rest is essential to the body, mind and soul. Children need a good night’s sleep, so they have enough energy for the next day’s activities, just like how parents also need adequate sleep to care for their children!

This discussion group gives positive parenting strategies to help you develop a good bedtime routine, as your child slowly learns to sleep on their own. We will discuss common bedtime problems and skills that will help your child get into a good bedtime routine, so that you can also get yourself a good nights sleep!
